Support to ReSPA Team in Quality Management

KDZ has supported ReSPA staff during their team workshop in Vienna held on 21-22 of December 2015. One of the important topics on the agenda was the internal quality management and potential to establish regional QM centre at ReSPA. KDZ shared its experience with quality management and CAF, and further cooperation on this topic was agreed.
