NALAS publication "Land management and taxation practices" supported through the BACID Fund

NALAS (www.nalas.eu) and its Task Force on Urban Planning, that gathers municipal professionals from the whole region of the South-East Europe, profited from the BACID Fund in order to build capacities in the field of land management and taxation. They applied in partnership with the Austrian Institute for Spatial Planning (OIR) (www.oir.at) under the first BACID Call for proposals and were awarded the grant to hold the workshop and prepare the report . As a result of this cooperation, NALAS has published the document "Capacity Building and Improving Environment for Municipal Practice in Land Management and Taxation".
