Mentoring with Podgorica on Public Private Partnership

In the framework of the BACID programme and mentoring component, the KDZ has hosted the representatives of the City of Podgorica, Montenegro in July and November 2015, in order to get acquianted with the Austrian experiences and legal framework of public-private partnership.
