Objectives and results
The objective of the CAF training in the Civil Service Agency of the Federation of Bosnia und Hercegovina is to
- get a practical overview about the content of CAF
- to be able to introduce quality management with CAF in their organisation
- to be able to integrate the concept of total-quality-management into organisational development
- to gain practical insights on how to implement CAF in cities and municipalities
The results of the CAF Training are, that participants gained practical knowledge and insights
- on the system of the CAF 2013 quality model itself, the scoring system and the self-assessment process
- how to use the CAF for self-assessment and formulating improvement actions
- how to prioritize improvement actions on a short, medium and long-term basis
- how to adjust CAF 2013 to the needs and requirements of cities and municipalities
Implemented activities
- CAF Training on 13th to 14th of September 2018 in Sarajevo
- Preparation of a Memorandum of Unterstanding between the Civil Service Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the KDZ - Centre of Public Administration Research
