CAF Regional School of Public Administration
Project description
ReSPA continues supporting the implementation of QM models and instruments for improving the level of services and public administration's performances in WB. The Regional Quality Management Centre (RQMC) of ReSPA has been providing regional expertise and assistance in the institutionalisation of QM models & instruments, primarily CAF. Additionally, we continuously empower public officals to introduce and monitor quality management through training and peer learning within the region and EU. ReSPA has started with organising and conducting CAF external evaluation in 2022 and was awarded the first CAF Effective User Label.
In ReSPA "CAF 2013" was introduced in 2018. In 2020 ReSPA has been awarded the CAF Effective User Label, which will expire in June 2023. In order to remain the model of deploying the principles of excellence and to continue providing expertise in QM for ReSPA Members, ReSPA decided to enter a second cycle of CAF introduction. As soon as the "CAF 2020" was implemented it underpins the continuous improvement of the performance of ReSPA and of the services delivered by RQMC. After six months of CAF implementation, ReSPA will be able to apply for new CAF Effective User Label
