Project description

The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management is working with the fields agriculture, forestry and water management, the use of agricultural land, forests and other natural resources, hunting and fishing, the protection of plants from diseases and pests, the implementation of policies in the field of food and animal safety and veterinary health, monitoring and study of water conditions, maintenance and improvement of water regimens, hydro meliorative systems, hydrological and agrometeorological measurements, as well as non-urban protection, study and research of meteorological, hydrological and biometeorological phenomena and processes, supervision of its jurisdiction and performs other matters established by law. 20 sectors are formed in the organisation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and 6 bodies are functioning.

The ministry has launched a project to implement the Common Assessment Framework CAF model to improve the quality of the ministry's overall work.
