Project description

The Republic Agency for Peaceful Settlement of Labour Disputes of Serbia reached an important milestone by successfully completing the CAF implementation, obtaining the CAF Effective User label in October 2023. The CAF Effective User label was formally presented and handed over to the Agency during the inaugural CAF Open Day in Serbia on January 25th, 2024, by ReSPA and KDZ.

Congratulations to the Agency for Peaceful Settlement of Labour Disputes for its commitment and achievements! It is the second institution in the Western Balkans and the first in Serbia to receive the certificate!
