"CAF Effective User” Certificate for Civil Service Agency Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina
Thomas Prorok, Managing Director of KDZ - Centre for Public Administration Research, and Maja Handjiska Trendafilova, ReSPA Director handed over the “CAF Effective User” Certificate to Refik Begic, Director of the Civil Service Agency of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina at the ceremony in Sarajevo on Wednesday, 12th April 2023 in the premises of the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Thomas Prorok sums up the work of the Civil Service Agency: “Quality means doing it right when no one is looking. - This quote of Henry Ford describes perfectly the high commitment of the Civil Service Agency of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina to good governance and the highest standards for providing excellent services for the customer.”
Refik Begic, Director of the Civil Service Agency, highlighted: “This certificate is a recognition of the Agency’s excellence and it confirms that we are ready for the further introduction of CAF in the public administration institutions aiming to improve services for the citizens.”
For the Regional School of Public Administration and KDZ - Centre for Public Administration Research this is a milestone in the partnership to empower the Regional Quality Management Center in CAF and the CAF-Certification procedure in the Western Balkans.
