After 3 years it was finally possible to meet friends from the Western Balkans again on the occasion of the "Joint Quality Management Working Group & CAF Network Meeting of Regional School of Public Administration" in Tirana. Since 2015, we have implemented CAF in so many public administrations. Many thanks to the Austrian Development Cooperation for the support.
